Soprattutto dobbiamo nutrire questo papà! Che ogni giorno che passa diventa più goloso!
Da brava donnina di casa, preparo colazioni fantastiche a base dei tradizionali pancake, cookies, plumcake (proprio ora ne ho uno in forno a base di cocco, pistacchi e gocce di cioccolato), ciambelle, spremute d'arancia ecc.Devo dire che i biscotti sono sempre la soluzione migliore anche perchè (se qualcuno si contiene) si conservano molto a lungo. Vi ricordo inoltre che sono velocissimi e facilissimi da preparare!
E quindi questo è il primo di una serie di post dedicati al mio pasto preferito... la COLAZIONE!
Ingredienti:200gr farina 00
100gr farina di mandorle
130gr burro
130gr zucchero
semi di vaniglia
80gr gocce di cioccolato
Tagliare il burro a pezzetti e lasciarlo ammorbidire.
Con le fruste o il robot, lavoratelo con lo zucchero fino ad ottenere una massa spumosa.
Aggiungere la vaniglia e sempre continuando a lavorare, aggiungere a cucchiaiate le due farine fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.
Nel caso risultasse troppo duro, aggiungere un cucchiaio di acqua.
Aggiungere le gocce di cioccolato e mescolare bene.
Formare delle palline e metterle su una placca da forno.
Sfornare e lasciar raffreddare
Devono essere deliziosi, il modo migliore x cominciare la giornata e coccolarvi tutti e tre ^_^
